I specialize in Mindfulness based therapy and work with teens and young adults to help with life transitions.
Specialization
I use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused strategies. Mindfulness enables Nueroplasticity, Neuroplasticity is the brains ability to change by forging new neural pathways and circuits while pruning away old ones. Your mind can intentionally shape the direction of plasticity changes in your brain with the help of Mindfulness. I can help guide you through this.

My educational accomplishments include a BA in Psychology and BS in Social Relations followed by Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
